My experience includes private practice in Richmond and Virginia Beach, service to Hanover County residents through their Community Services Board working with adult and child/adolescent populations, treating issues ranging from creating healthier families, brief solution focused treatment, and recovery from addiction; Full Circle Grief Center conducting clinical intake assessments; intensive in-home services to families in crisis at UMFS; parenting class facilitator through Health Families Partnership in Hampton, Virginia; and support/education to military personnel through PREVENT. I have provided psycho-educational group workshops focused on stress management, improving communication skills, improving group leadership skills, and combating depression.
